Examples include: 1-866-286-1111, 1-877-658-1212, etc. Repeaters for the (800) area code are Premium Kall8 numbers (see below). $10 $10 National Toll Free Database Search The national database is the easiest way to find out if a specific Toll Free North America number, Repeater, or other Vanity type number is available. The National Database Search lets you look for the number in multiple combinations, using wildcards. Look for up to 10 different numbers at once. There is NO FEE to search! Numbers you choose to activate from the database search results are each $10 to set up, and $10 per month. You may conduct up to 100 successful searches in a 30-day period. $15+ $15+ Toll Free North America Vanity Vanity numbers increase company and brand name recognition, and enhance image. The numbers translate into a word, name, or acronym spelled out on a numeric touch pad or dialing device. Examples include: 1-866-4-VOYAGE and 1-877-GOT-MILK $25+ $25+ Toll Free North America Premium Kall8 Premium numbers are especially good Repeaters that usually start with the (800) toll-free area code. "Repeaters" are easily remembered numbers that boost sales, increase advertising response rates, and improve customer service. Examples of Premium numbers include: 1-800-333-1111, 1-800-333-1234, etc. $28 $50 Toll Free International These are toll-free numbers that can be called only from within the country of origin, similar to Kall8's US toll-free numbers only being available from the US, Canada and US protectorates. The numbers can be programmed to ring anywhere in the world, using Kall8. $2 $2 US Domestic Local Numbers These are standard local numbers many cities around the US. Unlike toll-free numbers, these numbers may be dialed from international locations outside North America. $28 $50 International Local Numbers These are local numbers (not toll-free) in international cities such as Paris, Madrid, London, and others, that can be programmed to ring anywhere in the world, using Kall8. 1Fees are in addition to Per-Minute Charges. Change where your number(s) ring, update account info, add and remove numbers, control features, view invoices and more - all with the click of a mouse! FREE2 FREE2 Call Detail Reporting Run reports dynamically by date range, and include all calls or only unique numbers. See Call Detail in Real-time, too! Route calls to specific locations based on where they originate - state, area code, area code and prefix (six digits), or complete number (10 digits). Automatically route calls to the location nearest the caller, based on the number from which they are calling. Callers who hear your voice message may leave a reply, also up to five minutes in length. Messages are in the voice of the caller. Blocked calls, unanswered calls, or even all calls may be sent to Voice Mail (without ringing your phone). FREE2 FREE2 Inbound Fax Route your number to ring at your fax machine, or better yet, let Kall8 deliver the fax directly to your desktop via email. Pick up messages and contracts without going to the fax machine. Reduce paper with electronic delivery and storage. FREE2 FREE2 Information Emails Receive an email notification every time someone calls your Kall8 number. Each notification includes the Caller ID of the calling party, the number to which the call was routed, the length of the call, and time of day. FREE2 FREE2 Location Logins With location specific logins, you can provide limited access to sub-users of your account, such as employees or supervisors, and enable restricted viewing of Call Detail reports for the specified location login only. FREE2 FREE2 Maximum Call Length With Maximum Call Length, you can limit the amount of time an answered call is connected. As a seperate control, you may also limit the length of the caller's voice mail message. Additionally, by setting a limit of 0 (zero) for voice mail message length, you can have your Kall8 number simply play your greeting. This is a great way to provide automated information services to customers. The Maximum Call Length feature is also a great way to budget when promoting your toll-free number. FREE2 FREE2 Kall8 Number as Caller ID You may set your Kall8 number to appear on your inbound caller ID display - without losing the true caller ID on your Call Detail Reporting - so you'll still capture all the call data and customer information. When using different Kall8 numbers in your advertising to track responses, this feature allows the person answering the calls to see immediately which Kall8 number is ringing your phone, and answer calls appropriately. 1Fees are in addition to Per-Minute Charges. 2Feature is included at no additional charge with every Kall8 number. Completely hosted by Kall8, there is no hardware to buy or software to license and install. By Volume: Call Recording Per Call Charge Archiving Fee $60* $60 High Volume Call Recording *Monthly Fee includes up to 3,000 messages. Each additional block of 3,000 recorded messages is charged at an additional $60 per month. All messages are kept 30 days. Archiving of messages beyond 30 days is in addition to the normal Monthly Fee, and is billed at $50 per month for up to 3,000 messages. An incremental $5 fee applies for each additional block of 1,000 recorded messages. $10 $10 Low Volume Call Recording 5¢ per recorded call. Archiving is in addition to the normal Monthly Fee and Per Call Charge assessed, and is billed at $10 per month plus 5¢ per call per month. N/A $10** Payphone Blocking This not only cuts down on wrong numbers, but saves you the additional cost of accepting payphone calls. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires that payphone owners be reimbursed for calls using their phones made to toll-free numbers. The tariffed rate is 50¢ per call. (This charge is per call, not per minute, and is in addition to the normal per minute rate.) **Kall8 charges $10 each time this feature is enabled/disabled. N/A $25 VoIP Termination Kall8's Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Termination service will deliver calls anywhere in the world at a substantial savings, using Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). The Kall8 service and all its features are integrated components of proven, secure, traditional telephone switch hardware. To deliver calls VoIP, Kall8 must make a manual change to its systems specifically for your account, and charges a one-time $25 Setup Fee for this service.
